PrintSoft is the established leader in hybrid mail technology and personalised mail solutions. The company tasked us with developing the strategic positioning and brand identity for an e-delivery mail service - DeskDirect Global - to a timeline of just six weeks.
A key part of the challenge was to ensure the technically complicated service was presented as an easy to understand proposition.
What we did:
We undertook brainstorm sessions to identify the core value proposition, key messages, target audiences, vision and values and tone of voice for the new service. This information was used as a platform for all brand development activities.
At the heart of the new brand identify was the strapline: ‘changing the business of post’ with the creative treatment clearly communicating the proposition. The brand identity was then applied to a sales tool kit that included website, corporate materials, advertising and e-marketing.
The whole project was delivered within six weeks of commissioning meaning that PrintSoft could meet a core business objective. The launch was deemed a success and as a result we were appointed as the European brand agency.
